High Quality Deck Cleaning and Wood Restoration in Clermont County, Milford Ohio

This week we worked on a really neat project near Milford Ohio in Clermont County. We got the opportunity to clean a timber frame home and do some wood restoration & cleaning. We also did some deck cleaning on the Trex decking and everything cleaned up so nice, what a treat. If you know me at all you know that I love all things log cabin and timber frame, I just love wood homes despite their maintenance challenges. This particular home has an oak timber frame on the front porch with knotty pine tongue and groove ceilings. This home is in a wooded setting as a timber frame home should be but that means lots of organic growth. We pretreated the wood with a product called Wood Wizard, let it dwell for about 25 minutes and then power rinsed it with a special tip. I'd been wanting to try this product for a while, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but man did it do a nice job. If you have dirty wood surfaces, decks, fences, timber frames, etc. this process will get them looking good again. Unfortunately it's not an inexpensive process but repairing and replacing wood isn't either. As a homeowner you have to protect your investment and in my opinion wood restoration and cleaning is an excellent way to do that.
